I am going to be perfectly honest with this review, especially with fat burning. In the couple months I've taken this stuff I never really did too many "intense workouts", if you will. At this time I realized an increase in my energy and alertness from the capsule but it never felt overwhelming. These suckers contain 100mg of caffeine per capsule. I've recently started to take two capsules a few hours after the first one and I'll continue to have this nice supply of energy. Workouts and daily tasks are performed more sufficiently, with more energy. This pill could be the pick me up that you are looking for. Especially for the coffee haters out there like myself.

I've also taken these before gaming sessions and when doing work on the computer. I can concentrate more on the tasks at hand but I don't feel the need to get up and run. And when I feel the effects fade I don't feel a crashy type of feeling. I either feel normal or hungry.

As an appetite suppressant I can't say that held true for me. I don't know if I am weird but I love eating and I just don't think this pill can suppress my appetite. I may also be crazy but if you try this pill let me know how well it suppressed your hunger.

I think this pill is a winner so far. The smack to the face wake-up from the caffeine is great, the focus and energy harnessed, but controlled. They'll make you workout almost machine like but never out of control. For around 30 to 40 bucks you get 90 capsules. It can be a bit pricey depending where you look or go. I got it at GNC a few times but I will definitely look around the net for a better price.
